“What is truth?” is the age old question asked by Pontius Pilate, Plato and others. The current debate over absolutism verses relativism is nothing new but has been sought and discussed for thousands of years. The one thing that can be said about Relativism and Absolutism is that relativity absolutely exist; and it exist for every single person. We all have been conformed by our cultures and our times in history. Our experiences in life have created strong feelings which have caused us to make conclusions about God, our place in this world and how to live life. Many of these “truths” though are not valid and need to be honestly confronted within ourselves before we can pay more than verbal homage to the larger “Truth” of God and His word
